Replacement plastic dosing cup for the Turin DF64 coffee grinder, which is also known as the Solo or Giotto DF64 single dose grinder. The cup can be cleaned with dish soap and warm water. Make certain that the cup is 100% dry prior to using with the grinder. If the dosing cup has any moisture on it the grounds will stick to it and it will be difficult to get them out.
Grinder arrived great however I was told that the ssp bird would be alighted and calibrated they were not and the springs were set with the tube half way up which need to be put all the way down. After I had to calibrate the dial showing numbers for grind settings would not Alighnment to zero. All in all the machine is great but improvements such as proper alignment and calibration and removable grind setting dial so it can be zero would be such a great selling point. Impressed but little disappointed with lack of attention to detail on calibration and alignment. Yes I would order another but would be prepared to pay $30 ontop for proper calibration and alignment at factory rather than having to do myself maybe that’s a level of improvement to the product service. Proper calibration and alignment means better coffee means better reviews means more sales it’s a no brained to do this properly. Thanks
Thanks for the review. We have aligned and calibrated many many units and are quite confident in our methodology. One of the things that people who align themselves do is not fully compress the springs prior to doing a marker test. Contrary to a video producer, we have tested and the tube position has no impact on alignment. If we missed adjusting the grind size sticker, sorry about this, but we always try to do that.
