Measure and Repeat Your Recipes
Explore coffee scales for espresso and pour-over. A compact scale must fit under the cup on your drip tray; a pour-over setup needs room for the brewer, server and total water load. Check dimensions, capacity and controls against the way you brew.
Measuring dose and beverage output helps make grind changes easier to evaluate. A timer on a grinder or machine is a separate control and does not automatically measure the coffee in grams.
Choose Burrs and Parts by Compatibility
The grinder burr collection contains replacement and aftermarket options. Match the exact model and revision, not only the nominal diameter. For cups, bellows, chutes, switches and other components, start with the grinder parts guide and select your model’s collection.
Accessories with the same stated portafilter or burr size are not automatically interchangeable. Cup shape, fork spacing, mounting and clearances can differ. Use the fitment information on the individual product.
Complete a Portable Setup

Not necessarily. Nominal basket size does not establish the shape and dimensions of every accessory or support. Confirm fit for the exact equipment.
Should I buy a burr upgrade with a new grinder?
Choose the grinder’s included burrs for your intended brewing first. An upgrade is most useful when you have a specific goal and have confirmed compatibility and installation requirements.

I love this grinder! It is fast, is easy to adjust the grind, and the bellows clear out the burns. It also looks great on my counter. I did watch a lot of videos because this is my first real grinder, but it is pretty intuitive. Highly recommend.

The H40 V2 hand grinder is fantastic. It is extremely well built and very precise. It punches well above its weight at the current price. It performed perfectly and help me dial in the grind on several different beans for my espresso machine. I do not use it every day, as I have a 64mm flat burr grinder as well. It is great for full bodied medium-dark roasts. Even when I am not using it to grind, the bottom piece functions perfect as a blind shaker. I grind directly into it, then place it on top of portafilter and distribute. It is very multipurpose! It would be awesome it they sold a magnetic lid for the bottom piece so it could be a true blind shaker.

Turin DF64 Gen 2.7 Single Dose Coffee Grinder
A piece of art that is a pleasure to use.
After doing a lot of research and talking to many of our coffee aficionado friends, we decided to buy Turin DF64. And boy it hasn't disappointed us one bit. We are grinding coffee beans daily for different types of extractions. Highly recommend it to everyone.
If you’re in the market for well built grinder for single dose brewing and nearly zero retention, add this grinder to your cart ASAP. Pairing with my Lucca A53, I was concerned the portafilter support forks would be too large. They are in fact, but the Turin grinder is so fast, you’re not going to rest it there anyway. Even better, I can articulate the 53mm portafilter to distribute grounds around the basket while grinding. The forks are close enough to rest the PF on, just not enough to hold it unsupported. The grinder took a few pounds of coffee to break in the burrs. Straight out of the box the coffee (espresso) was just a bit flat, but now that’s done with. The Turin has gone through a few changes based on owner feedback. It’s not worth deducting a star, but I have two minor things I'd address. First, the rubber feet on the machine are leaving black marks on my counter. Petty complaint I know, but no one reaches perfection without improvement. The second is the layout of the grind setting markings. To help these older eyes, I would rather the numbers be closer to the hash marks and/or the marks be printed at different heights, similar to a tape measure. To solve the issue on my Turin, I colored over every 5th mark with red sharpie and now it’s ridiculously easy to get a quick read on my settings. The subtle pop of red looks good too. It’s fast, relatively quiet. Easy to keep clean, has nearly zero retention and looks perfect next to the LaSpaziale.
After 3 years of daily 1st Gen DF83 use… A user abuse left me in need of a replacement espresso grinder.
The DF83v was ultimately what I committed to purchasing.
Every step of my daily coffee is improved.
