Preorder questions & order changes
Does a new estimate apply to my existing order?
A product-page update may concern a different color, configuration or batch. Check your order confirmation and updates for your order. If they conflict with the page, or your estimate has passed, submit a support ticket with your order number.
Does the estimate mean arrival at my door?
Check which milestone the product description names. Warehouse arrival, readiness for carrier pickup and delivery are different stages. Production, inbound freight, customs and processing can affect timing. Carrier transit follows pickup.
Can faster shipping shorten the preorder wait?
A shipping speed or transit estimate does not shorten the wait for preorder inventory. If you need equipment by a firm date, ask about an in-stock alternative before ordering.
Does a tracking number mean my order has shipped?
Label creation alone does not confirm carrier pickup. Check for carrier acceptance or movement. Items may ship separately, so tracking for one item does not mean every item in your order has shipped.
How do I cancel, change my address or switch options?
Submit a support ticket promptly with your order number and the change you need. Wait for confirmation before assuming the change is complete. Cancellation and refund terms, including applicable fees and delayed-order exceptions, apply. Once an item has shipped, the return process applies.

The Turin DF64V Gen 3 is a compact 64mm single-dose grinder for people who enjoy adjusting their coffee recipe beyond grind size. A brushless DC motor provides variable speed, while the stepless dial supplies the small burr-gap changes espresso needs. Its angled body and removable magnetic chute make it easy to inspect the grounds path between coffees.
Current Gen 3 configuration
Gen 3 updates the motor, internal grinding chamber and chute while retaining the DF64V platform’s plasma ion generator and controlled-feed workflow. Factory-installed Turin Red Titanium espresso burrs are the current supplied set. Older Gen 1 videos may describe DLC burrs, a different speed range and an earlier dosing cup; those details should not be used to identify this listing.
Two controls, two different jobs
The grind dial changes particle size. The motor-speed control adjusts RPM, up to 1,800. Begin by dialing in with a consistent dose and brew recipe, then test speed changes one at a time. Feeding behavior, grind time and taste can change together, so take notes and recheck the grind. A lower motor speed is an option to explore, not a promise of better extraction.
Espresso burrs and an upgrade path
The supplied Red Titanium set is the starting point for learning the grinder with your coffee. The 64mm format also supports a range of compatible aftermarket burrs. Before ordering a replacement, confirm the exact fit and intended brew style. Optional SSP burrs are supplied separately from the installed factory set; installation and alignment are not included with the standard purchase.
Single dosing with less carryover
Weigh beans for each drink and collect the grounds in the metal cup. The slow-feed arrangement manages bean entry, and the bellows help clear the chamber after grinding. A plasma ion generator reduces static; the removable magnetic chute gives access for inspection and dry cleaning. No grinder guarantees the same retention under every condition, so compare dose input and output while establishing your routine.
Size, care and model choice
The body is approximately 3.94 inches wide, making it attractive when counter width is limited. Leave clearance above the bellows and room to remove the cup. Unplug before cleaning the burr area and follow the manual when removing or refitting parts. If you want to weigh beans but have no interest in speed experiments, the fixed-speed DF64 is a simpler alternative.
