TurinTrek Portable Grinders & Espresso Machines
Thoughtfully selected equipment for your coffee setup.
Choosing your equipment
Build a portable espresso setup with Turin TrekBrew and TrekGrind. Explore rechargeable brewing and grinding equipment, plus carrying and stand accessories, for fresh coffee at work, on trips or away from a permanent coffee bar.
Choose the Brewer and Grinder Separately
The TrekBrew is a portable espresso machine that uses ground coffee. The TrekGrind prepares the beans. They are separate products, so a machine-only or grinder-only listing should not be read as a complete kit.
The collection also includes a carrying case and a separately listed stand. Review the exact included-items section: the current TrekBrew machine package includes a three-piece stand, while the stand-only page is an accessory purchase.
Plan Battery Use Around the Trip
TrekBrew can heat water from room temperature or extract using water you have already heated. Heating uses much more of the battery than extraction alone, so the number of drinks per charge depends on your chosen workflow and conditions. Check the product’s current estimates and allow for cold weather, water temperature and battery condition.
TrekGrind also needs charging. Its published estimate is approximately five espresso doses per charge, with actual use depending on dose, fineness and beans. Test your planned routine before a trip and bring a suitable charging source when needed.
Fresh Grinding and Consistent Preparation
Choose a recipe before leaving, weigh your beans and adjust the grinder to the brewer. Distribute and tamp the grounds as directed. Portable equipment still benefits from careful preparation; advertised pump capability is not a target you should try to force through the coffee bed.
If you want to avoid managing a grinder battery, compare the H40 V2 hand grinder. For repeated drinks at a permanent station, a countertop grinder may be more convenient.
Pack a Complete Working Setup
Plan for beans, suitable water, a cup, a stable surface and a place to dispose of the used coffee. Check cable and wall-adapter requirements; a charging cable does not necessarily include an adapter. Let hot parts cool, clean the appropriate food-contact components and dry them before packing.
TrekBrew does not have a steam wand. If milk drinks are central to your travel routine, plan a separate milk-preparation method. Compare the size and packed weight of the complete setup, including water and accessories, rather than only the machine body.
Does buying TrekBrew include TrekGrind?
No. The brewer and grinder are sold separately unless a specific listing expressly identifies a bundle. Review the exact contents before placing the order.
Can TrekBrew use preheated water?
Yes. It supports preheated water as well as battery heating. Follow the instructions for filling and handling hot water.
Will one battery charge last an entire trip?
That depends on the number of drinks, heating mode, dose, grind setting and conditions. Use the product estimates for planning and test your setup before leaving.
