I was surprised how quickly it got shipped.
So far (about a month) nothing to complain.
Still trying to dial in the grinder, so far I went through over 5 kilos of medium roast beans with the included Burrs for espresso. I find that when I dial in the grinder to pull a 18 grams 36 yield espresso in between 30 to 35 seconds, the time of the day makes a big difference, if I dial it in the morning, it will be off at night and vice versa; so temperature and humidity seems to change how the grinder performs. Retention is a bit annoying and the plasma thing hasn’t worked once by the static I get.
Anyway, I didn’t want to send this review, but Turin keeps asking. I feel like reviews should be requested at the 3 to 6 months. So I will hold my judgement until then.

The grinder quality is fantastic, stacks up against much more expensive ones and even out preforms some of them. Really enjoying this purchase. Beyond that, costumer service is top notch! I had a specific request regarding the shipping and it was handled quickly with no issues at all.
