Wrong hole spacing, marred up plastic, didnt fit cover

Decided to replace my DF54 chute after the de-ionizer gave out, the part which arrived had the wrong and chunked hole sizing + spacing, didn't fit the existing cover, and had a gouge in the plastic where the tool bit must have slipped when drilling the mounting holes.

Luckily I no longer need a replacement as the grinder has started to shave away the grinding chamber resulting in aluminum in the grinds.

Absolutely worth every penny!

This high quality grinder has changed the coffee game in our house. I love espresso and my husband is die hard pour over. This grinder does it all extremely well. Worth every penny.

Broke on first use.

The first time I used the grinder it got completely packed with coffee grounds, so much so the burrs stopped spinning. I had to open it up and clean it out and put it back together and I tried one more time to grind coffee beans and it just immediately jammed again. I feel like I wasted my money.

GREAT GRINDER BUT CAUSES A MESS WITH GRINDS EVERYWHERE

We were very excited about getting this grinder. Makes great espresso grounds and for the first week it worked like a charm. I read reviews to clean shaft daily, which we did. After about a week the shaft clogged. We cleaned it and it began clogging again. When we run the machine it gets gounds everywhere. I guess the ion generators are mostly hype because they don't keep the countertop cleaner. So disappointed because we wanted to get another one for our vacation house.
