Turin DF54 v2 Single Dose Flat Burr Grinder
The Turin DF54 coffee grinder is excellent with different grind settings. I am an expresso coffee drinker, and have been in search for a grinder that grinds fine enough ground for my espresso machine, and the Turin DF54 met my expectation.
The only minor negative is that after I cleaned the burr, the top burr assembly did not screw on or align properly to get the correct alignment. After contacting the vendor, I was given a return label and had sent the grinder back either to get it fixed or get it replaced. Other than that, the grinder seems to be an excellent grinder provided the replacement DF54 that I am waiting on does not present a burr alignment after cleaning.
Very solid well made tool. Works great. Great price. Declumper got bent but with the help of excellent customer service was easy to fix.
After watching multiple Youtube reviews, I decided to order this grinder and try it out. Out of the box, it is very sturdy and good build quality and delivers an excellent coffee grind for espresso, which is what I will mainly use it for. The only flaw I see is that even spraying the beans with a little water prior to grinding, it still makes a bit of a mess with some sprayed grinds around the chute, even with the built-in anti-static technology. Other than that, it's a great grinder and definitely worth the price.
