Still trying to dial in the grinder, so far I went through over 5 kilos of medium roast beans with the included Burrs for espresso. I find that when I dial in the grinder to pull a 18 grams 36 yield espresso in between 30 to 35 seconds, the time of the day makes a big difference, if I dial it in the morning, it will be off at night and vice versa; so temperature and humidity seems to change how the grinder performs. Retention is a bit annoying and the plasma thing hasn’t worked once by the static I get.

Anyway, I didn’t want to send this review, but Turin keeps asking. I feel like reviews should be requested at the 3 to 6 months. So I will hold my judgement until then.

There's a few very minor figure and form issues that I would change, but those are honestly personal. The grind quality out of the box is exceptional.

The grinder objectively makes the best coffee I've ever had (it’s also slightly more expensive than my current integrated espresso machine/grinder). I’m a little disappointed with the alignment of the burs, as they’re pretty far off, but other than that it’s excellent.

I love everything about this grinder. The dial is very precise, the materials are a nice finish, and it's fairly heavy. The design was well thought out and the magnet connectors for the measuring cup and output are great. I would definitely buy again.

What a great grinder! Every price of this machine is a beautifully machined piece of aluminum, and is a joy to touch. The ion generator also works very well to keep the static down
