I was sent the wrong part originally but when I reached back out, they went above and beyond and contacted me by phone to make sure that they sent me everything I needed for my parts to make it right. Great customer service experience that reminded me that some companies still care
Easy to operate, sturdy, and consistent grinding. Take your time to figure out what works for your desired grind, depending on the type of coffee or espresso you are making.
After using for a month, I would say that this grinder has produced great espresso, pour over and Turkish grinds that are very consistent. The taste was elevated and consistent with every cup. Works best with fresh roasted beans.
The variable speed is dependent on your beans and type of coffeee you want to produce. It is fast and furious, well built like a tank. I love it so far and I am enjoying it every day.
Very well built, as soon as you pick it up, it gives you a strong feeling about how solid it is. Regarding the grinding itself, really good consistency between cups, never made any sort of “hiccups” always very consistent.
If I have to find a little flaw, I would say the start button, it doesn’t match the feeling of high quality that you feel when you look / touch any other part or detail of the grinder.
