For my first grind, I put some DAK through it, and it stopped working halfway through. Upon consulting support, I got all of the beans out and adjusted the grind coarser, but it still didn’t work. Turning the grind setting was difficult and eventually it stopped moving.
They sent me a return sticker and I sent it back a week ago but haven’t heard anything from them.
