I’ve had my DF64 Gen 2 grinder for just about two months, and I’m really disappointed. Recently, the ground coffee started getting stuck in the chute, and when I opened the top part, I found that the coffee inside was pasty and clumpy. I haven’t changed the type of coffee I use, and my beans are always stored in an airtight container, so this shouldn’t be happening.
It’s really frustrating that a grinder of this price and reputation is already showing problems after such a short time. I expected much better build quality and reliability. I honestly don’t know what to do at this point, but I feel like the unit might already be defective
