The Turin TrekBrew is a rechargeable portable espresso machine for trips, office breaks and places where a countertop machine is impractical. It can heat water from room temperature or work with water you have already heated. The 51mm basket takes ground coffee, giving you control over the beans, dose and grind instead of tying the machine to a capsule system.

Choose heated water or battery heating

The 7,500mAh battery can heat water before extraction, with a published heating estimate of roughly three to four minutes from room temperature. The manufacturer estimates about four heated extractions per charge or around 200 extractions when using preheated water. These are operating estimates, not guaranteed counts: starting temperature, ambient conditions, battery condition and the recipe affect real use.

Prepare a consistent coffee bed

The supplied basket is intended for approximately 18–20g of coffee. Use an espresso-capable grinder, distribute grounds evenly and tamp before assembling the brewing parts. A ten-second pre-infusion stage wets the coffee before the main extraction. The advertised 20-bar figure describes maximum pump capability, not a target pressure you should try to force through the puck.

Set up a stable travel station

The current package includes the three-piece stand. Assemble it on a stable surface with a cup positioned underneath before brewing. Plan a source of suitable water, a place to dispose of the puck and room to handle hot components. The machine itself weighs about 704g; the packed weight will be higher once you include the stand, coffee, water and other accessories.

What to pack with it

The tamper, dosing funnel and WDT tool help prepare the basket. You still need coffee ground for espresso, water and a cup. TrekGrind is a separate purchase, as is a carrying case. Charging and care between outings

A USB-C cable is included; a wall adapter is not. Follow the supplied charging guidance and allow hot parts to cool before cleaning or packing.
