I shopped for a prosumer espresso maker upgrade. The Turin Gallatin R HX had everything I was looking for; rotary pump, PID temperature control and flow control. I got a great deal on the machine and it was delivered much faster than expected. After a quick learning curve and dial-in, I'm making the best espresso ever.
Espresso Outlet had great service reviews that helped my buying decision. I'm happy to add to the 5-star list. My inquiry about a feature of my machine was resolved in less than an one hour. Impressive on all fronts!
It immediately made my coffee better, the dial could use some work on how to use properly, the digits and instructions don’t make the most sense however you’ll figure it out.
So far I think I’m in love with how it does it’s job, I feel like I’m fully cleaning it each time through Bruch and forced air so a clean grind each time is really nice.
Easy to use; easy to clean and very precise. It also looks good.
Shipping was reasonably fast, communication was excellent and I am super happy with the product.
This was a gift for my son who is a coffee enthusiast. He seems to really like it. Very easy to use, easy to clean and very quiet!
